Special services became interested in illegal businessmen working at the railwaystation of Astana during the EXPO

Law enforcement officers are conducting preventive actions on the territory of the railway station of Astana during the World Specialized Exhibition EXPO 2017. Law enforcement agencies held liable 12 people for engaging in illegal business activities, the information portal Elorda.info reports.

"As a part of the "Comfort and Safety" program, the General Prosecutor's Office in conjunction with government agencies is working on eradication of illegal business activities on the territory of the railway station. They engage in renting apartments and illegal road haulage", - the head of Astana Passenger Transport Administration Bekmyrza Igenberdinov said.

According to Igenberdinov, previously information boards with rules were placed  on the territory of the station, also auto notices were handed out to car owners who were warned about the consequences.

"Today illegals organized provocative acts at the entrance, consequently representatives of the Local Police Service and the National Security Committee were called", - a representative of the Astana akimat said.

The publication notes that the entrance to the station is carried out as usual.
