Design and installation of Azerbaijan EXPO pavilion have been completed

On the territory of the world specialized exhibition Astana EXPO 2017 the work on the design and installation of the Azerbaijani pavilion has come to an end. This was stated by the press-secretary of the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan, Zamina Aliyeva, Bnews.kz information portal reports.

According to Zamina Aliyeva, the main concept of the Azerbaijani pavilion is "Country of Lights - Energy, transferred from the past to the future”.

"The pavilion itself will consist of three parts, the first of which will present the country's rich historical values, the rock paintings of Gobustan, masterpieces of the architecture of old and new Baku. The second part of the pavilion will include presentations on the process of developing resources from energy sources to alternative ones: oil and oil products, gas, electricity, solar, wind and mud volcanoes,"Aliyeva said.

Guests of the pavilion will be able to go to a virtual walk through Baku, which is organized in the third part of the exposition. Special interactive technologies will tell about the tourism potential of Azerbaijan.

The National Day of Azerbaijan on the territory of the exhibition will be held on July 9.

Let us remind, it is expected that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will visit the exhibition EXPO 2017. This became known during the road show, which was held in the country's capital. Earlier, the presentation of Astana EXPO 2017 exhibition was held in Baku and within the framework of the celebration of Nauryz.
