In order to promote the worldwide specialized exhibition EXPO 2017 Astana akimat plans to conduct informational tours for representatives of foreign mass media, bloggers and foreign tour operators. This was written by the "Liter" newspaper.
"From May to September 2017 with the purpose of promoting the city of Astana as a tourist destination, improving the tourist exchange and image of the capital as well as promoting the exhibition EXPO 2017 "Astana Convention Bureau" of Astana Akimat will conduct 10 information tours in the capital for foreign tour operators, bloggers and representatives of the media. The info tour program will include a sightseeing tour, inspection of the hotel infrastructure within the "Recommended by EXPO" partnership program and a visit to the Astana EXPO 2017exhibition area and so on", - the publication reports.
The first two rounds of the tours will be held from May 22 to 24. Astana will invite teams from China and Iran consisting of representatives of the tourism industry, bloggers and media representatives of these countries.
"Moreover, within the framework of this infotour, a round table will be held in the format of a "Workshop" with the participation of domestic tour operators working for the reception of foreign tourists", - the newspaper writes.
Let us remind that earlier it became known that the exhibition EXPO will be broadcast for 93 days on the air of the channel "Kazakhstan". 4 portable television stations (PTS) including 10 and 5 cameras, 2 mobile satellite stations, 4 PTS on the basis of portable cases will operate every day on the territory of the exhibition site.
In addition, the progress of Astana EXPO 2017 will be covered by the International Radio of China. The United Nations which has its own radio station and a number of other resources also announced its intention to provide broad information support to the exhibition.
