Guests from Luxembourg were demonstrated the operation of the Earth Remote Sensing Space System (ERS) consisting of two remote sensing satellites "KazEOSat-1" of high resolution and "KazEOSat-2" of medium resolution.
"Kazakhstan has a serious potential for carrying out space activities, that is why we are interested in establishing mutually beneficial relations in the field of space with your country in the future," Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan Beibut Atamkulov noted.
Vice Prime Minister of Luxembourg Etienne Schneider praised Kazakhstan's achievements in the space sphere and expressed gratitude for the reception. Following the meeting, Kazakhstan and Luxembourg agreed to establish cooperation in the space sector.
