The authorities of Astana told about the easiest to get to the territory of the world specialized exhibition EXPO 2017. This is reported by the media center of the Astana akimat on EXPO2017.com website.
"To ensure maximum convenience for residents and visitors of the city as well as quick access to the territory of the EXPO exhibition complex, 14 special intercepting parking lots for 11,772 cars are operating in the city up to 12 September", - the Astana LRT company reported.
The parking places are located at the following addresses: Capital Circus, Kazakhstan sports center, Schoolchildren's Palace, Astana Arena stadium, Barys Arena, Duman Center, City park, the Palace of Peace and Harmony, Mengilik el and Turan avenues, Music Hall restaurant, Alatau sports center, 31-st street, Khan Shatyr mall.
"Leaving your car, you can change to the shuttle-bass which moves in seven directions with a minimum number of stops (on average – eight stops) and runs along the territory of EXPO. Buses start to run from 6:50 till 23:46", - the akimat representatives said.
The interval for the shuttles is 5-20 minutes. The fare is 150 tenge.
Bus 503 goes from the "Alay" transport hub to "Arnau" apartments. Bus 504 rides from the "Dostar-1" apartments to the Clinical Rehabilitation Center. Bus 506 starts traffic from the "Kenmart" mall and travels to the race track "Kazanat". Bus 500 is moving along the route international airport - railway station "Nurly Jol", Bus 502 starts from Astana railway station and ends at "Arnau" apartments. Shuttle 501 leaves the "Rakhmet" shopping center and goes to the Clinical Rehabilitation Center. Bus 505 begins with the railway station "Nurly Jol" and ends on the "Arnau" apartments.
It should be noted that Astana authorities purchased 167 Shuttle Bus buses from Iveco Urbanway specially for the EXPO.
Earlier Kazakhstan-made electric buses entered Astana streets to carry out free transportation on the route EXPO-Green quarter-Baiterek.
