Malaysia to hold “Green” Tourism Week at EXPO

From 10 to 14 July, Malaysia will hold "green" tourism week on the territory of the world specialized exhibition Astana EXPO 2017. This was reported by Deputy Director General of Tourism Planning of Malaysia in Kazakhstan, Madam Chong Yoke Har, “" informs.

Last year, Malaysia was visited by 10 thousand tourists from Kazakhstan. Special programs are being developed to increase the flow of guests, negotiations with Kazakhstani tour operators and "Air Astana" airline company are being conducted in order to make the tours even more accessible and convenient. For the same purpose, Malaysia holds "green" tourism week.

"We would like to contribute to the work of conferences and round tables within the framework of EXPO, and, of course, we hope that the pavilion of our country will be attractive for the guests of the exhibition," Madam Chong Yoke Har noted.

Let us remind, within the framework of the world specialized exhibition Astana EXPO 2017, more than 50 major industrial sector players of Malaysia are planning to demonstrate their achievements. The Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water of Malaysia, Maximus Ongkili officially announced that the participation of the country in the exhibition will become a part of the international dialogue for the development of future energy.
