"The main theme of the presentation were the issues of applied innovations in the field of separate waste collection.The Malay delegation demonstrated examples of separate collection of solid household waste (SHW) in bags with special bar codes. They are recorded by sensors to identify the owner of the waste. For each type of waste, the amount of payment to the population for the collected volume of SHW is set, which is an incentive for people to divide the waste into "dry" and "liquid" fractions and transfer them to the reception points,” informed in the press service.
