"The operational headquarters in Astana are operating day and night. The operator's desk receives alarming information, starting with communal problems, ending with grave crimes. The monitoring service employees can receive from 700 to 15,000 calls per day", - the TV channel reports.
The series of measures is aimed at ensuring order in the streets of Astana on the eve of the world specialized exhibition EXPO 2017.
"From tomorrow, mobile installations will start working and identifying homeless people with severe forms of tuberculosis, they will immediately be examined, undergo medical treatment, and a decision regarding their forced treatment in an anti-TB dispensary will be made. Let us remind that on May, 10 an operational and practical event "Law and order" started in Astana as a part of the preparation for the EXPO 2017, which will last until May, 31. Within the framework of this event an enhanced verification of documents will take place. The akimat of the capital of Kazakhstan asked the guests and residents of Astana to demonstrate understanding and, if requested, present the necessary documents to public law enforcement officials.
Earlier it became known that all foreign citizens illegally in Kazakhstan will be expelled from the country by the beginning of the world specialized exhibition Astana EXPO 2017.
Let us note that in March the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Astana Amantai Aubakirov said that policemen are seriously concerned about the problem of homeless and beggars in the streets of the capital on the eve of the international specialized exhibition Astana EXPO 2017. According to the guards, homeless people and beggars will spoil the appearance of the city.
