Green Innovation Week has been launched in the National pavilion of Malaysia at the world specialized exhibition Astana EXPO 2017. This is reported by “Khabar” television channel.
“Wastewater treatment technologies, waste processing and biodegradable production were presented there, as well as palm oil diacid that is the analog of petroleum products. It is planned to begin the construction of the world's first plant in Malaysia for its production," the material says.
The television channel notes that Malaysian companies are ready to share their experience and developments in the field of green technologies with Kazakh businessmen.
"Green innovations create the future.Within five days we will work in three main areas - innovations, the biological economy and the production of halal products. We invited leading companies of our country in the biotechnology sector to demonstrate their products. I think this week for businessmen of the two countries will become a sort of an open dialogue platform and an opportunity to find ways for beneficial cooperation,” the senior vice president of the Malaysian “Bioeconomy” company Zainal Azman Abu Kassim shared.
Let us remind, within the framework of the world specialized exhibition Astana EXPO 2017, more than 50 major players of the industrial sector of Malaysia presented their achievements. In addition to the Green Innovation Week, the Malaysians also plan to hold a Green Tourism Week at the exhibition.
