At the world specialized exhibition EXPO 2017 the visitors to the pavilion of the United Arab Emirates will be able to transfer from Astana to Mars. The exposition will familiarize the guests of the exhibition with the plans of the Emirates in the energy sector, Bnews.kz news agency reports.
Every day, the UAE pavilion will be able to receive up to 7,000 visitors. It is considered one of the largest at the exhibition, its area occupies more than 980 square meters.
"The UAE pavilion at Astana EXPO 2017 reflects the successful development of the country. The UAE have used their key expertise and competence to develop strategically important sectors of society. The pavilion is an opportunity to present the innovative approach of the UAE aimed at improving the quality of people's lives in the future: it combines human capabilities and modern technologies", - the state minister of the UAE and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the NMC Sultan bin Ahmed Sultan Al Jaber said.
Thanks to large local and international projects, the UAE have become one of the leading countries in the field of renewable energy sources. According to Sultan Al Jaber, EXPO 2017 is an ideal platform for transferring the experience of the UAE in the field of energy supply.
Within the framework of the exhibition in Astana, the UAE plans to hold a series of events dedicated to discussing the problems of climate change and the ways to address them. The country will present related research projects and its future plans in the energy sector.
At the entrance to the UAE pavilion, guests will enter the canyon in the spirit of the desert of Liv. The audience will see the panorama of Abu Dhabi, then the projection of a girl from the Emirates. The virtual pavilion host will tell visitors about herself, her country and people. In the next sector, everyone will be able to participate in the process of converting solar energy into clean electricity for household appliances.
An experimental projection wall will send the pavilion visitors to a journey in space and in time. This very wall will transfer spectators from Astana to the future exhibition Dubai EXPO 2020 and even to Mars.
