Astana police officers reported on the return of a smartphone to an EXPO visitor from Malaysia

A citizen of Malaysia, who came to the world specialized exhibition Astana EXPO 2017, lost his mobile phone, but regained it thanks to the police officers. This is reported by Tengrinews.kz information portal, with reference to the Department of Internal Affairs of Astana.

"On the bench, by district police inspectors of the local police department of the OIA of “ Yesil" district of Astana DIA, the senior police lieutenant Nurlan Moldabekov and the police captain Aibek Tynybayev was found a “Samsung” mobile phone. In the course of the carried out activities, the police quickly identified a phone owner who turned out to be a Malaysian citizen. The cell phone was returned to the owner, who in turn expressed enormous gratitude to the police officers,” the policemen said.

It is noted that the smartphone was found on a bench located on the accreditation territory of EXPO 2017, in the courtyard of the HC "EXPO Village”.
