Epic Fails

A resident of Astana told akim of the capital of Kazakhstan about the horrors awaiting the EXPO guests

2 May

A resident of Astana, Nail Rinatovich, wrote on his Facebook account to the akim of the capital of Kazakhstan, Aset Isekeshev, about the problems that can frighten the visitors of the world specialized exhibition EXPO 2017. The Facebook user refers to the unaesthetic appearance of the facades of some houses. In his address to akim Nail Rinatovich told about the shortcomings in the construction of "Orbita" apartments, IA "NewTimes.kz" reports.

"We, residents of the "Orbita" house, have been appealing to the akimat for solving our problems for several years. The ceramic granite facade is constantly falling and in some parts of the building the facade has not been finished yet. It is completely ugly. In addition, construction garbage near the building does not create a beautiful view", - Nail Rinatovich wrote.

At the same time residents have repeatedly approached the developer with complaints. However, due to lack of funds, repairs have not been done.

"On the eve of the EXPO foreign tourists can see such a horrible picture since our block of apartments is located in the center of the capital on Petrova street 10", the user specified.

The resident of Astana asked Aset Isekeshev to help solve this problem.
